1. What Am I Purchasing?
When you purchase one of our synthesizer or sample libraries you are NOT obtaining OWNERSHIP of the included sounds. You are in fact purchasing a LICENCE to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The original producer of the sounds will always remain the OWNER of the sounds.
Once purchased, your license is NON-TRANSFERABLE which means that the license is authorized only to the original purchaser. You are not permitted in ANY way to share the purchased content with others.
2. How Do I Receive My Downloads?
Once your order is complete you will be re-directed to your personal account section on the website where you can activate and download your purchased files. You will receive an order confirmation email in your inbox with the activation key(s) for the product(s) you purchased.
Simply enter the activation key and click the download link to download the files directly to your computer. It's that simple.
3. How Long Are The Download Links Active For?
Freshly Squeezed Samples download links are no longer time active. You have 5 download attempts for every product you have ordered. If at a later date you run into computer problems and lose your purchases you can simpy log in and re-download all your purchases.
All downloads attempts are IP logged, this is to ensure your purchases stay safe and your download links are not used by third parties.
4. I'm Having Problems Downloading the files, What Can I Do?
a. If you are having problems we strongly suggest downloading your order from an alternative computer. This solves the problem in 99.9% of the downloading related issues. PLEASE NOTE: For this you will need your log in details so you can access your account on the alternative computer.
b. Check or disable your firewall software whilst downloading.
c. Verify your anti-virus settings if the file is being blocked from download.
d. If your internet connection is lost or broken during download, do not worry, just start the download again.
e. Once you have downloaded your zip files, the files will need to be extracted. If you do not have any zip software on your computer then please try 7-Zip (Freeware) for PC or YemuZip (Freeware) for Mac OSX. Freshly Squeezed Samples will not be held responsible for any problems arising from using either zip programs.

5. How Can I Pay?
Transactions are processed by PayPal, so your credit card information is safe and never stored on our server(s). Download links will be available after payment. Instructions for your order will also be sent to you by E-mail automatically after payment.
6. How Can I Use the purchased content?
Once you have purchased one of our synthesizer or sound libraries you have a single-user license which permits you to use the content from that library in your own musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further royalties or fees for such usage.
You cannot use the sounds from our soundsets or sample libraries in isolation for a commercial release or project. For example you are not authorized to create another sample CD/pack or sound library with any of the sounds from our products.
7. Do I have to credit Freshly Squeezed Samples when I use synthesizer patches or samples in a commercial release?
The simple answer to this is no, but if you feel like it then it would be greatly appreciated!
8. Can I Sell My Licence?
Unfortunately, NO you cannot sell your license. Once you have purchased it you have the license for life. If you sell our soundsets/libraries on to others after you have finished with them it kills us as a business. By not selling your license to others you are supporting us a business and promoting the development of further products.
9. What About Returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the wrong download pack has been delivered. Due to sample piracy I'm afraid we do not have a choice in this matter. For further information please view our Refund Policy
10. What's a Zip File?
In order to save server storage space and to decrease download time we use data compression software. If you purchase one of our download products you will find that the whole product is ‘zipped’. Notice that the file has the .zip suffix (example below).

You will need a program like 7-Zip to unzip the file.
11. Is Freshly Squeezed Samples Secure?
Yes, we keep your details on a secure server. All order transactions are processed using SSL technology via Paypal’s secure payment system.
12. How do I Purchase Freshly Squeezed Samples Products?
You need to first register for a new user account with us before you can start ordering items on the store. You can do this by selecting the "Register" link in the header section of the website main page. Once you have done this and verified your email address, you are ready to start purchasing items on the store.
Browse the product catalogue and preview the audio samples provided.
Click ‘add to cart’.
If you already have an account then enter your username and password in the box’s provided. If you don’t have a customer account with us then you can sign up using the form provided.
As soon as you are logged in as a customer you will be transported to the "my account" page. Click the "My Cart" link on the main menu and you can check the order details before you click ‘Checkout’ at the bottom of the page.
Make sure you take time to read our terms and conditions. Once you have read them please tick the box provided before you submit your order.
13. What Happens Once I Have Purchased a Product?
If your order was successful you will be transported back to your ‘my account’ page. You will receive email notification of the product(s) you ordered and the associated "Activation Keys" for the said product(s).
Simply enter the "Activation Key" for each purchase product into the "My Account" activation panel and click the associated download link to start downloading your purchased files.
Please note - some users may experience problems when using download accelerators such as the one built into Fire fox. If you have any problems downloading then please use our contact us form to report your problems to us.
14. How Do I Obtain a Multi-User Licence or a Licence for An Educational Establishment?
If you are a school, college or educational establishment and wish to purchase a multi-user agreement to cover your classes, these can be organized at a reduced rate by application to us directly.
15. What if I Am a Sound Designer and want to Work with Freshly Squeezed Samples?
