Every direct purchase you've ever made is preserved at freshlyvault.com. The standalone direct shop is paused — we may revisit it one day, but there's no timeline.

Yes. The licence on every sample, loop, MIDI file and preset you've purchased is permanent and unchanged — tracks you've released (or are yet to release) using our content remain fully cleared. These changes don't affect licensing in any way.

Head to freshlyvault.com and enter your PayPal email, the year you bought, and one of the products on the order — you'll get fresh download links straight away, no account or password required. If you'd rather we handle it manually, email us with your name and the pack(s) you're after.

Search your inbox for an old PayPal receipt from us — depending on when you bought it'll say either “Receipt for your payment to Freshly Squeezed Samples” (older orders) or “…to Creative Nevada Limited” (our current legal entity). The address PayPal sent it to is the one we have on file. Still stuck? Email us with your name and roughly when you bought, and we'll find the order manually.

Yes — but for a narrow brief right now. We're specifically looking for Serum 2 preset designers working in modern genres (current sound, current production techniques — not retro or throwback). The bar is high: we need extremely deep technical knowledge of the Serum 2 engine — wavetable manipulation, the new effects chain, advanced modulation routing, macro design. Serum 1 patterns ported across won't make the cut.
